MASK Artists in Residence at The American Museum of Natural History

MASK Consortium Partners, Alicia Hines, Mark Hines, and Sanford Biggers, as well as SCHMTS CEO Guy Routte have been appointed  Artists-in-Residence in the Astrophysics Department at the AMERICAN MUSEUM OF NATURAL HISTORY in New York.  AMNH is both a museum & teaching institution that administers the appointment as a departmental associate faculty position.  Astrophysicist Rebecca Oppenheimer is the lead curator/professor who will support the Artists as they  develop programming that fosters cross-departmental collaboration, community engagement, and a robust examination of the museum’s vast  collection of art and artifacts. This is a three-year appointment.
